Most Americans don&#226;&#128;&#153;t know that they&#226;&#128;&#153;re international calls and emails are subject to this program.  Even their domestic emails and phone calls can be picked up without a warrant from a judge.  The law&amp;#039;s proponents don&#226;&#128;&#153;t seem to know this either.
