In school, children are taught to &#226;&#128;&#156;fit in&#226;&#128;&#157; with their arbitrary peer group, to &#226;&#128;&#156;respect authority,&#226;&#128;&#157; and most importantly, to never ever deviate from the &#226;&#128;&#156;norm&#226;&#128;&#157; (whatever that happens to be at the moment). If one is not a &#226;&#128;&#156;team player,&#226;&#128;&#157; they are unjustly ridiculed for their individual autonomy.
