To provide context on the issue of housing and homelessness, Inspire Indeed welcomes Kelly King Horne, the Executive Director of Homeward. Kelly is a local expert who asks us to consider the issue of homelessness in our community. Homeward is our region’s hub of homeless services: they compile data related to homelessness; they provide advocacy, education, and outreach on the best ways to make a difference; and they have developed a 10-year plan to prevent and end homelessness in the Greater Richmond area.
