We’ll take some time to address the myths and realities about the issue, and to hear stories about the individuals and families who become homeless. To provide context on the issue of housing and homelessness, Inspire Indeed welcomes Kelly King Horne, the Executive Director of Homeward. Kelly is a local expert who asks us to consider the issue of homelessness in our community. Homeward is our region’s hub of homeless services: they compile data related to homelessness; they provide advocacy, education, and outreach on the best ways to make a difference; and they have developed a 10-year plan to prevent and end homelessness in the Greater Richmond area.
