Robert Massoud is the founder of Zatoun, an importer of Palestinian olive oil, based in Toronto. In this interview, he describes the challenges faced by Palestinian farmers in growing, marketing and distributing their products. Zatoun aims to ensure that ensure that farmers are paid a fair price for their product and also funds non-profit organizations through the sale of high-quality olive oil. The project also helps to educate Canadians about day-to-day life under occupation for Palestinian farmers.
