Adopted Child of First Nations on Finding Her Community and Spirituality

Tara Weber was adopted by Caucasian parents and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Her roots are in the hills of South Dakota. This strong First Nation woman has accomplished what her heart yearned for. She followed those feelings inside her and found the community of First Nations people that was her community and she found her spiritual foundation. She is a wonderful example for the many other First Nations children who have been raised by other races than their own.
Going to Pow Wows was a major step in finding what she was looking for. The right path is always before those who follow their heart's leading. You can hear the deep satisfaction and happiness in Tara's voice. Listen to what she says. There is much good human energy in her words for all of us.

A revolution in our food supply and in agriculture has taken place in the last 15 years that has remained unknown, secret or unrecognized â depending on your point of view. However the efforts to label genetically modified organisms by consumers and the forceful resistance to the right to know what we eat by corporations that produce the genetically engineered corn, soy, beets, wheat, alfalfa etc. that are already in our food have triggered a fundamental question. Roundup ready corn and soy or bt corn and soy have already replaced all but 10% of all corn and soy grown in the US using the argument that they are nutritious, safe and ecologically sound â so why are corporations not proud of their product and want to label GMO food as it goes on the market?
