BSTF 857 - It Came From The CASSEMETERY!
March 17, 2011, 2:10 a.m.
IT CAME FROM THE CASSEMETERY!
STAMINA. It's what we need beaucoups of to get through the day in this shitball Conspiracy world. No wonder we're all on drugs! But sometimes -- MOST of the time -- it's even too bad for the drugs. You need MORE. THIS is the episode of "BOB"'s SLACKTIME FUNHOUSE you need to keep taped to your leg for an emergency, seekers. Because it's an HOUR OF SLACK, one from the early years -- and it's chockful of vital knowledge, the kind that Yetis NEED to survive. Culled from the episodes I managed to record off the air to play and replay for my own personal therapy, these vibrant messages still ring true, and their words still have the power to soothe the SubGenius soul. SO LET THEM AGAIN BE HEARD!
Stang's "How to Utilize Your Mutant Self-Confidence" rant will THRILL you to the depths of your being, and his explanation of "How to Have the Ultimate Yeti Sex" will make you FUCK like a SUBGENIUS! Interspersed throughout are old radio interviews and radio bits with Stang and voices from the past like G. Gordon Gordon, Janor Hypercleets, Rev. Buck Naked, Hellpope Huey -- and Ahmed Fishmonger and NENSLO himself do songs! I even took the old pops out of Stang's vinyl copy of "Gut Feeling / Slap Your Mammy" so it all wraps up nice and steaming with DEVO!
Enjoy.
