United Nations Act? vs. New Terrorist Acts? vs. Will Toronto Act Before We're Blown Up?
May 20, 2010, 5:37 a.m.
How seriously can we take the latest "Terror!" charges against another muslim man in Toronto under the new "United Nations Act" (?) After the RCMP admit they broke their own rules (laws?) and cussed him out in his cell until they got a "spontaneous" confession? When the parts he was allegedly selling to "Iran" could be used harmlessly? Is this Toronto doing our part to make sure the NWO can nuke Iran? Or get "dirty bombed" ourselves? Remember all the "Unfair Dealing" in the "Toronto 18" terror case?

Massey AGM disrupted by protesters in Richmond
May 19, 2010, 2:33 p.m.
In Richmond, Virginia, on May 18, Massey Energy, the coal company known for the West Virginia mine disaster and for mountaintop removal mining, held their annual AGM meeting. Two activsts were arrested for dropping a banner inside reading âMassey â Stop Putting Profits Over People!â while others disrupted the event, the group occupying the adjacent rotunda.
Meanwhile, hundreds of mining union and environmental activsts held separate rallies outside, both denouncing Massey's criminal carelessness in the mines with both worker safety and that of the surrounding communities and natural environments.
Here's what someone from one of the organizations involved in the protest had to say:
(taped-interview)
There's a reason some have called coal and oil, which come from under the ground "Energy from Hell." These fuels are rapidly turning into high-priced "unobtanium" anyway, so the sooner we all transition to renewable energy, termed "Energy from Heaven" because wind and solar come from the sky, the better!

Will Optimistic People Think About What Other People Can Do? - May 19, 2010
May 19, 2010, 6:18 a.m.
This episode: can optimistic people think optimistically and specifically about what other people can do at this time in history? How did we get to where we're not sure? How can we change how we think about issues to avoid making things personal, feeling small and being forced to defend our egos? Do we exaggerate how bad our problems are because that's what we often focus on? Is Bilderberg in trouble? Will the global uprising against the "financial terrorists" help us realize that we can win?

Holly Near Interview. If you know anything at all about the Women's Music Movement, then you know that Holly was one of the leading and earliest pioneers. And this show will just scratch the surface regarding her long career, a career that encompasses her work as a singer, producer, actor, author, activist and teacher. With such a long career covering so many aspects I decided I would just try to cover a number of her songs, and to let them take us through the years and tell the story.

In the late 1920's and early 1930's in the nightclubs in the country's major cities, openly gay performers experienced a surge in popularity, so much so that the phenomenon became known as The Pansy Craze. This show will not only give an overview of the forces of history that enabled, and later, destroyed The Pansy Craze, but also I'll share with you the rare music of the performers involved. Part 1 will cover the history and the major artists, and Part 2 will provide more by the main players and also music related to that time in our culture. While there is no profanity in the music, some of the selections could be considered âsuggestive,â you should screen them first and decide for yourself.

âHarvey Milk Music.â This is music about and inspired by the Harvey Milk Story. This show is not a history lesson; there are ample resources for that. But to my knowledge no one has gathered together the musical impact of his life. He affected and continues to affect people on a personal level, so itâs natural that a number of musicians and songwriters have been driven to create their own tributes.
