MOLDY CHEESE DAY!!!
What can I say? The changing of the seasons from summer into fall make me nostalgic for my childhood in the mid 70's,sitting in my room pretending to do my homework but actually just hanging out listening to my little transistor radio while the DJ kept me entertained with 3 minute bursts of poppy bliss,and it occurred to me that these Moldy Cheese Day Show celebrations that I do (this being my 3rd) are an homage of sorts to that time when pop music was pure and simple and just made you feel good.
As you've come to expect (hopefully),only the finest quality of cheese makes it to these shows. No Cheeze Wiz or individually sliced and wrapped yellow american cheese here. No sir,it's all Camembert and Gruyere my friends!
