Getting Mobile Screening Vans for Those Poisoned by the TVA

Many vehicles are needed to travel the rivers poisoned by the TVA, to inform and provide medical screening to the victims. The Governor of Tennessee has not declared the incident a disaster, so low-cost methods of providing testing and literature are available. David Grace called a talk-show discussing Bookmobiles and was able to get further information to the public.

On April 16, 2009, Secretary or the Interior Ken Salizar held a public hearing in San Francisco to discuss offshore oil drilling. David Grace was able to raise the issue of pollutions spreading from state to state, but the host state controlling the economic damages when it does not declare a disaster.
