Ohio Justice and Policy Center is a non profit non partisan, law office in Cincinnati Ohio. It represents people marginalized by the criminal justice system. They also advocate for local and statewide policy reform.  Stephen is an advocate for policy change. Ohio JPC also does out reach for ex offenders who are trying to get their lives back together. Stephen helps dismiss some stereotypes about sex offenders and explains why residency restrictions don&amp;#039;t make anyone safer.
