He is also charged in the deaths of an additional twenty women, many of them prostitutes and drug users from Vancouver&amp;#039;s Downtown Eastside. The inquiry into the murders has come under fire for it&amp;#039;s lack of accountability,transparency and competence.  Journalist and photographer David Ball has covered the trail for the Vancouver Observer. David breaks down the criticism of the inquiry.
