What we choose to revere in this country is certainly indicative of something, right? I mean, really? On teevee we have Paul Bergala and James Carville claiming Bill Clinton as "the greatest president of my (our) lifetime!" without the faintest hint of irony. On the other side, we have Tucker Carlson and Robert Novak, nearly retching at the mention of Clinton's name. The Average Network takes a neutral position, or sorts. Well, maybe not exactly neutral.
