Donald Drumpf Theatre Vol. 120 Pinocchio. This week our hero passes 10,000 lies. Songs and segments from The Late Show ("Donald J. Trump and the Big Beautiful Wall"), The Eagles ("Lyin' Eyes"), Spandau Ballet ("True"), Bald Piano Guy ("Gilbert and Sullivan Explain Trump Lies"), Randy Rainbow ("Barr"), and Golden Earring ("Twilight Zone"). Clips and excerpts from Sarah Sanders; Rudy Giuliani; Rod Serling; Jimmy Kimmel; Trevor Noah; Pinocchio, Jiminy Cricket, and Blue Fairy from "Pinocchio;" Seth Meyers; Maria Bartiromo; Nicolle Wallace; Kellyanne Conway; Jake Tapper; Wolf Blitzer; Chris Matthews; Chris Hayes; Bill Barr; Frank Figliuzzi; and Matt Miller. An original radio theatre show each week, with most sounds culled from the previous week, about a fictional, theatrical presidency. Contradictions tell the story, with songs, skits, and clips from political news shows and late-night comedy routines. The definition of "radio theatre" is stretched here, with an updated Dickie Goodman and/or Richard Foreman-meets-mashup style sometimes, and a more straightforward take other weeks. Currently airing on 30 or 40 stations around the world, the network has ordered another 15 episodes, but there are threats of cancellation.
