On November 18th & 19th 2004, the Department of Native Studies at St. Thomas University hosted the Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights and Traditional Knowledge. In preparation for this event, we spoke with Michael Perelman.

Michael Perelman, professor of economics at California State University at Chico, is the author of numerous books including Steal This Idea!, Class Warfare in the Information Age, The Perverse Economy: The Impact of Markets on People and the Environment, and the Pathology of the US Economy Revisited.
