Why are there such high rates of HIV & HEP C infection inside Canadian prisons? Why have needle Exchange programs have been called for as one solution? Why have they still not yet been implemented?
The interview looks at an Oct 2004 report titled. Prison Needle Exchange: Lessons from a Comprehensive Review of International Evidence and Experience. It takes a closer look at several other countries around the world where needle exchange programs have been set up successfully inside prisons.
