O'Brien discusses his commitment for one of the nations largest unions, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters to mount a nationwide effort to organize Amazons delivery and warehouse workers, declaring that the multibillion-dollar behemoth is an existential threat to workers everywhere. In his quest to become President of the IBT he talks about building genuine worker power and shop-floor militancy in addition to solidarity across unions and with community.
