Dr. Shiv Chopra worked at Health Canada for 30 years. His job was to assess the safety of veterinary drugs prior to approval. He and 3 other scientists were fired last summer for refusing to fast-track the approval of synthetic bovine growth hormone. He speaks about the dangers of hormones in food and about the events that led to the firings.
