When inside, Jim was the chairperson of the Stony Mountain Penitentiary Health Awareness Group at Stoney Mountain Medium security Prison just outside Winnipeg. He continues his work advocating for prisoners health now that he is on the outside. We spoke with him about harm reduction and HIV on the inside.
