We talk with Richard Ford, Pulitzer Prize-winning author of THE SPORTSWRITER and INDEPENDENCE DAY, about the final novel of his trilogy about Frank Bascombe, THE LAY OF THE LAND. Also, Scott Ritter's latest book, TARGET: IRAN came out last Fall. Writer's Voice interviewed him then, but news that American forces attacked the Iranian consulate in the Iraqi city of Erbil is just the latest in the gathering evidence that what Ritter warns is happening. We air portions of our interview with Ritter again this week.
