April 10, 2007, 8:38 a.m.
Professor Postol discusses his effort to blow the whistle on fraudulent scientific reporting by some of his colleagues at MIT.
John Grebe (producer) with Greg Mailloux and the entire all-volunteer staff of "Sounds Of Dissent," broadcast every Saturday 11am-1pm on WZBC 90.3FM, Newton, MA. Streams live at <wzbc.org>.
Professor Postol discusses his effort, so far not very successful, to blow the whistle on seriously fraudulent scientific reporting by some of his colleagues at MIT, working in league with Pentagon contractors. In short, his colleagues covered up the failures of some very expensive U.S. military missile systems. Exposing this fraud has turned out to be extremely difficult, and in addition Postol has faced smears in the corporate media.
