Roger Annis visited Haiti as part of a human rights fact finding delegation in Aug 2007, sponsored by the U.S.-based Fondasyon Mapou and Haiti Priorities Project.
Lovinsky Pierre Antoine was working as an adviser to the human rights delegation when he was kidnapped. He has not been heard from since.
