Fumbling my way thru another hit song here. This is the (proly) last movement in my third sonata for computer keyboard. Recorded mic-direct from ghetoblaster.
Thanx!

PROJECT UPDATE Feel this is the last in work on sonata and giving serious consideration to developing a real use of keyboards at this time of Guitar Heroes galore. Maybe I will just paint myself a keyboard hero and continue my other project.
As for the main project, since I became a free agent at precisely three years ago, having fulfilled my ten year contract, I set to work on what started as a large album, Fr33 Da7a. Then I wrote a similar multialbum, Work Music, in odd-sex. Now as I set into a third multialbum, Self-Censorship, I realize that I am kind of writing a boxset of sorts and have since decided to write that last twenty-six or so of the ninty-three songs as one work, Discography. (Realize this is more work once you add in-studio time, which calculates into about 558 individual parts to be written and then recorded.) Up until now, I write upwards of several hours a day on electric guitar. This is easily the most pop oriented music I ever wrote in my years of songwriting since '94. But am giving light to writing the rest on keyboard.
I write song on guitar cos I like singing with guitar and hate singing with keyboard. But there are some critical things here. For one, I dislike guitar amplifiers a LOT. The soft sound of the electric guitar means I can do my work without disturbing others around me. But my computer keyboard is an instrument with zero acoustic sound. It is not amplified but requires amplification, or at least headphones.
Should proly add too that I am left-hand and play right-handed getar.
Guess the only irony is that I share on radio4all only my obscure work while this other project of mine remains unrecorded. It is a pain storing a hundred songs in my head at this point, must say. But then why would I want to play pop music anyways?
