Dennis Edney, Canadian legal counsel for Canadian citizen and Guantanamo detainee Omar Khadr, joined prominent Canadians and community leaders at a media conference on Wednesday, February 11 to announce a plan for Khadr's repatriation to Canada, including comprehensive measures for his rehabilitation and reintegration into Canadian society.
