On this show we interview Keerthy Narayanan of the Canadian Humanitarian Appeal for the Relief of Tamils and Cynthia Palmaria of Migrante-Ontario - two of the women who are part of the Migrant Women’s Co-ordinating Body for this year’s International Women's Day activities in Toronto, on our show to discuss the relationship between women's oppression and imperialism. We also sample some music from Brooklyn-based, Canadian-raised, Jamaican-born artist Melodic.
