Volta Radio may have returned to the mono format. When I checked my WinAmp program it was broadcasting at 64 kbps mono with 44.1 sample rate which is good enough for me.
Before this it was broadcasting at 128 kbps stereo with 44.1 sample rate.
Still, this is a two channel show that may be accurately descried as mono delux. Only the seconds long portions at the beginning and end of the show are true stereo.
