A new film I saw recently reminded me of our predicament with respect to peak oil. It’s called Stranded: I have come from a plane that crashed in the mountains. The film is based on the 1972 Andes flight disaster, where a team of Uruguayan rugby players crashed in the mountains on their way from Montevideo to Santiago, Chile.
Produced by Relocalizing Vermont Productions. Music by Pete Sutherland; voiceover by Jo Chickering.
