While keeping the heat on the Governor of Tennessee, who has not declared the TVA dam collapse of December 22, 2008 a disaster, David Grace called the Healing Touch with Norma Dearing. Norma provides good, lively prayers for callers, and as luck would have it, she has friends in Chattanooga and was sorely surprised to learn of the poisoning of the city.
