In this podcast I speak with Will Prosper from Montréal-Nord Républik, a group formed out of the ashes of the 2008 riot that followed the shooting of three young men and the death of Fredy Villanueva. Their calls to end racial profiling tactics used by police and to deal with the social issues that plague the borough have caused serious damage to Montreal's image.
