Fuller speaks out against US weapons to Israel such as DIME, and talks about her educational tour on the Palestinian health crisis, Gaza, efforts to broaden Congressional awareness, and foster better climate for peace talks.
Person to person diplomacy was very popular between US and Latin American civilians during the 1970s and 1980s and some 70,000 Americans visited Central America to learn first hand about the impact of the US led Contra War in Nicaragua and US supported death squad governments in El Salvador and Guatemala.

CODEPINK has been organizing visits to Gaza for some of the same reasons, to help Americans view Palestinians as human beings rather than 'militants' as often defined by the corporate press.

Ridgely Fuller explains some of her reasons for visiting Gaza in June and talks about the continued impact of Israel's air attacks and ground invasion during the winter of 2009.
