This is the question and answer section of the public forum hosted by the Wayne/Susquehanna R.E.S.C.U.E. The forum was held in the auditorium of the Forest City High School.

The forum had three speakers, two from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and one from the Pennsylvania State Cooperative. The two speakers from the DEP are Craig Lobins, a licensed geologist who is the Oil and Gas Regional Manager for the DEP, and, Jennifer Means, the Regional Manager of the Northcentral Office for Oil and Gas Management located in Williamsport. Brian Swistock, a Water Resource Extension Specialist, works for the Penn State Cooperative.
