Katya Sansalone was born with trisomy 13, which gave her a cognitive age of one at a chronological age of seven today. Nevertheless her social skills are better than that, and Katya is a very happy child with a great quality of life. Hear how a few in hospital sought to thwart the hopes and work of many, including many in the hsopital, in ensuring Katya 's life was a lengthy, happy one.
