Professor Jakovljevic specializes in avant-garde and experimental theater, performance theory, and critical theory. He tells some fascinating stories about music in the former Yugoslavia, and he brought musical examples, including a rare track. Of note could be the translated statement, "listening to the bones." A general theme for his show works around the idea of emancipation and the relationship between emancipation and rock music.
