Notes: Junior Parker recorded some wonderful blues and soul music during his short time with us. A product of the Memphis blues circuit, Parker learned the ropes under the direction of icons such as Howlin' Wolf and Sonny Boy Williamson. The silky smooth vocalist and blues harpist met an early end because of a brain tumor, but left an impressive catalog of music behind to remember him by.
