"Duke" Duguerre, a WWII veteran, had both legs amputated and then his "Full Code" status in Sunnybrook Hospital surreptitiously changed to "Do Not Rescuscitate" when he ran into medical difficulty. The hospital and two doctors, including Dr. Mark Chapman (one of two who signed the surreptitious order) are being sued by "Duke's" daughter for a million dollars. Dr. Chapman, "want fries with that?"
