When spouses go to battle, children are often the casualties, even when both parents have the noblest intentions. Children are particularly vulnerable to disruptions in their access to necessities like health care, proper nutrition, and a stable emotional environment, as they are in the process of developing physically, intellectually and emotionally. Are such disruptions avoidable? Today we spoke with Jeffery Wilson, a family lawyer, about the issues that children are facing and what is being done about it on the legal front.
