IRSAM and the African Student Studies Association. Naidoo is a leading anti-apartheid/human rights activist and Minister of Reconstruction and Development, as well as Minister of Post, Telecommunications and Broadcasting in President Nelson Mandela’s cabinet.

Among other things, he is a member of the advisory boards of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative; Jay also cofounded the J&J Group (management and investment company) and is also the non-executive chairperson of the Development Bank of Southern Africa.
