Professor Werlhof writes, "We have discovered that the military in the east and west has developed new technologies which could attack the planet and transform it into a weapon itself! This technological process is by no means controlled by the public . Moreover these technologies can be used everywhere on the planet as "plasma weapons, weather wars and geoengineering"
