Latin Waves speaks to film maker Damien Gillis, about a Foreign Trade Zone in Delta British Columbia. The loss of food security as some of the most fertile land is turned over to industrial production. The sale of public assets: BC Rail, while promoting a mass expansion of highways to facilitate imports that will undermine the local economy.
