Shortly after the Katrina hit, residents of New Orleans, both those who were left to die in the city and those who were "relocated" in the largest forced diaspora of Black people since the days of slavery, tell their stories and paint a picture of a terrifying natural disaster twisted into a monstrous crime with genocidal implications.
