American Civil Liberties Union of Virginia attorney Rebecca Glenberg and Occupy Richmond legal team members Cayman Mooney and Danielle Lewis discuss the legal aspects of freedom of assembly and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances, in light of the October 31, 2011 displacement of the Occupy Richmond encampment from a public park, Kanawha Plaza, by the City of Richmond police.
