Since September 2011, five men have been detained under security certificates in Canada. The men have been held for up to eleven years, yet no charges have been laid, despite a Supreme Court of Canada judgement ruling that found security certificates unconstitutional. Mary Foster is a long-time activist on this issue in Montreal.
