The Harper government has been strongly opposed to the Kyoto Protocol since coming to power in 2006. In mid-December, the Canadian government officially pulled out of the accord. Andrea Harden-Donahue is energy and climate campaigner for the Council of Canadians. She talks about what this move means for Canada.
