Every year in December the CBC holds an all-day fundraising event for the Food Bank. This year, poor people showed up at the event to talk about what they think they need. The rally was organized by the Raise the Rates coalition. Jean Swanson is a long-time poverty activist. She tells us what she thinks is wrong with charity.
