If a woman in PEI needs an abortion, she either has to pay her own travel costs to go to a hospital in Halifax or come up with almost $1000 to get the procedure done privately at the Morgentaler clinic in Fredricton. Bronwyn Rodd is with the newly-formed grassroots organization - the PEI Reproductive Rights Organization. She talks about how PEI came to be the only province in Canada without legal access to abortion.
