Recently BHP Billiton announced it proposed to expand the Olympic Dam Uranium Mine to become the largest open pit mine in the world.

Traditional owner Uncle Kevin Buzzacott and activist/musician Izzy Brown are organizing an event called the Lizard’s Revenge to encourage people protest the expansion.

This is an interview with Izzy about the planned action, the history of protests against the mine and the problem of uranium mining.
