Ramsey Clark, of the International Action Centre, is concerned with the possibility of a major confrontation surrounding Syria. In particular, he comments on support for armed elements with the goal of regime change. With a UN presence considered for Syria, it is important to review the role of the International Criminal Court in protecting the interests of the powerful.

Then, a debriefing on the Global March for Jerusalem. Rama Hamadea, a participant, describes the international event.

With the April 6 anniversary coming up, author Mick Collins, who spoke at the Brecht Forum, describes his presentation on Rwanda and Libya, "Same Counterrevolution: Different Days." Kofi Annan seems to preside over the dissolution of popular governments.
