'Out of the Woods' is a mostly acoustic program leaning heavily toward new music by contemporary singer-songwriters, folk singers, bluegrass bands, blues artists and just about any music that fits in between.
This week my wife Marianne Barter and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. As you can imagine, a lot of songs get into your head throughout the course of a relationship, so I did tonights show for us. Plenty of old favorites here, songs with special meaning to us, and many songs my wife likes. A few for me too... Next week we will welcome 2012 Kerrville New Folk winner Alicia McGovern into the studio to play live for us!
