Judge, jury and executioner - Every Tuesday, President Obama gathers with two dozen security officials in the White House Situation Room to nominate candidates for assassination by unmanned drones. According to the New York Times, the president personally approves the selection of people who will find themselves on the so-called "kill list". Recent terrorist suspects include a 17-year-old girl. The list includes Americans. Nothing like this program has existed before. And almost no one is challenging it.

With Karen Greenberg, director of the Center on National Security at Fordham University's School of Law, and Pardiss Kebriaei, staff attorney at the Center for Constitutional Rights.

Radio interview by Amy Grunder, first aired live on "Sounds of Dissent" on WZBC 90.3 FM Boston on 2012-06-02.
