The House of Representatives recently voted to reauthorize the FISA Amendments Act, a law originally passed in 2008 that subjects Americans citizens to the government's vast warrantless wiretapping program. With Julian Sanchez, a Washington, D.C. - based writer and journalist and a Research Fellow at the libertarian Cato Institute.
