Hogan’s Alley was located just east of Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. It was bulldozed to create a viaduct system in the 1950s. Kevan Cameron, aka Scruffmouth, is creative director of the Hogan’s Alley Poetry Festival. He speaks with Redeye host Peter Driftmier. He also reads his poem Jimmy’s Altar.
